This Privacy Policy describes how Sleigh Copywriting SARL ("Sleigh Copywriting", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through sleighcopywriting.com. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law (Loi Informatique et Libertes as amended).
Server logs capture IP addresses (anonymised where possible), browser type, pages visited, referrer URL, and access timestamps. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in website security and performance).
When you submit a contact form we collect your name, email, and message. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps).
Order data includes name, email, phone, and country. Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. We do not store card data. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Content you share for copywriting projects is treated as strictly confidential and used only to deliver the requested service.
To provide and manage copywriting services; respond to enquiries; process payments; communicate project status; comply with legal obligations; and improve our service.
We share data only with: Stripe Payments Europe (payment processing); accountants and legal advisors where required by law. We do not sell data or share it with advertising platforms.
Enquiries not resulting in a contract: deleted after 6 months. Order and invoice records: 10 years under French accounting law. Project files: deleted 90 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Under GDPR Articles 15-21 you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Contact hello@sleighcopywriting.com. You may also complain to the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes) at cnil.fr.
