The terms that govern all orders placed with Sleigh Copywriting SARL.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Sleigh Copywriting SARL, 38 Cours Belsunce, 13001 Marseille, France ("Sleigh Copywriting", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Sleigh Copywriting provides professional copywriting services delivered digitally, including homepage storytelling, campaign copy, editorial content, LinkedIn content, and product copy. No physical goods are supplied.
A binding contract is formed when we send a written order confirmation by email. Until confirmation is sent, no obligation to deliver arises. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices are in Euros (EUR), subject to French TVA (VAT) where applicable. Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe. We do not store card data. For large projects, separate invoicing may be agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines commence from the later of: payment confirmation or receipt of a completed brief from the Client. Debut: 7 business days. Atelier: 14 business days. Maison: agreed per project. We notify you if delays arise.
Debut includes 2 revision rounds. Atelier includes 3. Maison includes unlimited. A revision is correction of content relative to the agreed brief. Brief changes after work starts may be treated as a new project. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
You must supply complete brief information. We are not responsible for copy inaccuracies resulting from incomplete briefs. Brand guidelines, product information, and target audience data must be supplied before work begins.
Upon full payment, ownership of delivered copy passes to the Client. We retain the right to describe completed work in our portfolio unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before project start.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
These Terms are available in English and French. In the event of a conflict between versions, the French version shall prevail for French law purposes.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Marseille, France.
